The paper tackles two topics. The first is about the term "Ремейк" which is very common in contemporary Russian literature; it has counterparts such as " Обработка" and " Переделка", where these two may indicate any of the following meanings (remake, reformulate, rewrite, treatment, modification, change). It has been shown that this term does not have a stable definition. Also, the role of this term in literary studies has been mentioned along with how it has come to its peak of use in post-modern literature.

A novel azo dye ligand namely (2-(pyridin-3-yldiazenyl)naphthalen-1-ol (HPYNA), was synthesized by the coupling reaction of diazonium salt of 3-aminopyridine with naphthol. The palladium(II) complex for HPYNA ligand was prepared by reacting palladium(II) ions with the HPYNA ligand. These synthesized compounds were characterized using different techniques, including mass, 1H-NMR, infrared, and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The infrared results show that the azo ligand reacts as a bidentate via the oxygen atom of phenol and nitrogen atom of the azo group. The thermoelectric power as a function of temperature for the Iron-Manganese-Aluminum, Fe-Mn-Al, alloys for manganese concentrations 0.04, 0.06, 0.08, 0.10 and 0.20 have been investigated in the temperature range 300 K. to 500 K. these results showed that the thermoelectric power coefficient in hot probe measurements showed that the electrons are the majority charge carriers in these alloys.
