Currently voting process is paper based form, by using voting card or paper; thus the counting method is done manually, which exhausts a lot of time. Obsolete votes may be possibly occurring. This paper introduced a system in which voting and counting is done with the help of computer.  The results of the present study show that the highest elevation point is (912) meters (a.s.l.) inside Wadi Al-Khur basin while the lowest elevation point is (6) meters (a.s.l.) inside Wadi Abu-Talha basin. The aim of the study was to find out the correlations and impact between the variable of ethical leadership behavior and university performance at Sumer University. Use the descriptive analytical method by adopting the questionnaire tool to collect data. The questionnaire was distributed electronically to 113 teachers at Sumer University and the response was from 105 teachers.
