In This study a comparison between Proteus mirabilis DNA and Candida albicans DNA in Arthritis. Fourteen Proteus isolates (11.6%) were collected from 120 specimens collected from midstream urine of patients of both sex and different ages attending different hospitals in Baghdad. Antibiotic sensitivity assay showed that All Proteus mirabilis recovered from UTI developed multidrug resistance and variable degree of resistance. Histopathological changes in model treated with Proteus mirabilis DNA revealed congestion, inflammatory cells infiltration, oedema, hemorrhagic exudates as well as necrotic cells. Statistical control charts are widely used in industry for process and measurement control . in this paper we study the use of markov chain approach in calculating the average run length (ARL) of cumulative sum (Cusum) control chart for defect the shifts in the mean of process , and exponentially weighted moving average (EWMA) control charts for defect the shifts for process mean and , the standard deviation . The adsorption process of 5-Fluorouracil (5FU) drugs on Aluminum nitride nanotubes surface (AlNNTs) have been evaluated through density functional theory (DFT). The DFT results show that the interaction of AlNNTs with the F atoms of 5FU drugs is strong due to the fact that the amount of adsorption energy was about − 29.65 kcal.mol−1. Conversely, the interaction of the 5FU through O atoms with the AlNNTs was weaker due to the lower value of adsorption energy.
