The current study aims at identifying of the differences of life quality level for the academic instructors at Omar Al-Mukhtar University / Libya according to the city variable that the instructor belong to ( Libya, Iraq, Egypt ), and also according to gender Variable (Male - Female),To achieve the aims of study ,the researcher chose a sample consists of (210) instructors ( 170 males and 40 females) from four colleges at Omar Al- Mukhtar University/ Darna . In this work, enhancement to the fluorescence characteristics of laser dye solutions hosting highly-pure titanium dioxide nanoparticles as random gain media. This was achieved by coating two opposite sides of the cells containing these media with nanostructured thin films of highly-pure titanium dioxide. Two laser dyes; Rhodamine B and Coumarin 102, were used to prepare solutions in hexanol and methanol, respectively, as hosts for the nanoparticles. The nanoparticles and thin films were prepared by dc reactive magnetron sputtering technique. The enhancement was observed by the narrowing of fluorescence linewidth as well as by increasing the fluorescence intensity. This research aims to identify the role and impact of illustrations in contemporary fashion design inspired by historical costumes. Historical fashion aesthetics are adapted to design drawings. The experimental method was followed and a sample of 31 students in the department of fashion and textile design, third level were selected. Each student carried out two original historical and contemporary design. The models were executed two times: one with the usage of the program and the other without program help.
