Four samples of the Se55S20Sb15Sn10 alloy were prepared using the melting point method. Samples B, C and D were irradiated with (6.04×1010, 12.08×1010 and 18.12×1010 (n.cm-2s -1 ) of thermal neutron beam from a neutron source (241Am-9Be) respectively, while sample A was left not irradiated. The electrical properties were assessed both before and after the radiation. All irradiated and non-irradiated samples show three conduction mechanisms, at low temperatures, electrical conductivity is achieved by electron hopping between local states near the Fermi level. This project sought to fabricate a flexible gas sensor based on a short functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes (f-MWCNTs) network for nitrogen dioxide gas detection. The network was prepared by filtration from the suspension (FFS) method and modified by coating with a layer of polypyrrole conductive polymer (PPy) prepared by the oxidative chemical polymerization to improve the properties of the network. The aim of this research is to study the effect of using computer
techniques to increase students information at the experimenting the speed
control of dc motor by the magnetic field.
Simulation of the experiment has been used by implementing
“Electronics Workbench” software.
The random sample, included (30) second year electrical department
students, divided into two groups , experimental and control with pre-test and
post-test .
The results showed great advantages for the experimental group
through the use of computer program in the laboratory. The calculated (t) was
(10.6) which was significant and showed statistical differences between the
experimental and control group.
