These are most copious in the liver and spleen;therefore, infection leads to an expansion of both of them. This study determined the burden of visceral leishmaniasis (VL) infection on liver and spleen. A total of 20 mice were infected peritoneally with 2x107promastigotes of Leishmania donovani / ml and other 12 mice left without infection as a healthy control. Background: human paillomavirus infections (genital warts) are the most frequent sexually transmitted viral infections. a wide range of treatment options is available with different efficacy.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of podophyllin, trichloracetic acid (TCA) in the treatment of genital warts and side effects of them.

Subjects and methods: a total of sixty patients with genital warts were randomly selected, 30 in each group, in the Department of Dermatology, medical city for a Duration of 11 months from January 2009 to December 2009 treated with 35 % podophyllin in the tincture of benzoin or 50%  TCA) .Forty-eight patients were followed up for three months.

The inelastic C2 form factors and the charge density distribution (CDD) for ^58,60,62Ni and ^64,66,68Zn nuclei has been investigated by employing the Skyrme-Hartree-Fock method with (Sk35-Skzs*) parametrization. The inelastic C2 form factor is calculated by using the shape of Tassie and Bohr-Mottelson models with appropriate proton and neutron effective charges to account for the core-polarization effects contribution. The comparison of the predicted theoretical values was conducted with the available measured data for C2 and CDD form factors and showed very good agreement.

NGC 6946 have been observed with BVRI filters, on October 15-18,
2012, with the Newtonian focus of the 1.88m telescope, Kottamia
observatory, of the National Research Institute of Astronomy and
Geophysics, Egypt (NRIAG), then we combine the BVRI filters to
obtain an astronomical image to the spiral galaxy NGC 6946 which
is regarded main source of information to discover the components of
this galaxy, where galaxies are considered the essential element of
the universe. To know the components of NGC 6946, we studied it
with the Variable Precision Rough Sets technique to determine the
contribution of the Bulge, disk, and arms of NGC 6946 according to
different color in the image. From image we can determined th
