This research dealt with study of cladistics taxonomy of  five  species related to the genus Rumex L. and Polygonum L. from family polygonaceae in Iraq by using Mesquite software V.2.75. The surface and core properties are investigated. A large unit cell of 8 atoms is used in the present analysis. Drilling fluids can be made smoother, more cost-effective, and more efficient by investigating and evaluating the effects of various nanoparticles including aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) and iron oxide (Fe₂O₃) on their performance.
