The measurements of major and trace elements in different brands of milk powder selected from the Iraqis market via the X-ray fluorescence (XRF) Technique have been studied in the present work. The result of the measurements reveals the high concentrations of sodium, phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine, potassium, calcium and magnesium. Furthermore, low concentrations of aluminum, silicon, iron, bromine, molybdenum, iodine, barium, titanium, manganese, cobalt, chrome, nickel, copper, zinc and lead were detected.      This paper presents an analysis solution for systems of partial differential equations using a new modification of the decomposition method to overcome the computational difficulties. Convergence of series solution was discussed with two illustrated examples, and the method showed a high-precision, being a fast approach to solve the non-linear system of PDEs with initial conditions. In this work, nonlinear diabetes controlled model with and without complications in a population is considered. The dynamic behavior of diabetes in a population by including a constant control is studied and investigated. The existence of all its possible fixed points is investigated as well as the conditions of the local stability of the considered model are set. We also find the optimal control strategy in order to reduce the number of people having diabetes with complications over a finite period of time. A numerical simulation is provided and confirmed the theoretical results.
