The goal beyond this Research is to review methods that used to estimate Logistic distribution parameters. An exact estimators method which is the Moment method, compared with other approximate estimators obtained essentially from White approach such as: OLS, Ridge, and Adjusted Ridge as a suggested one to be applied with this distribution. The Results of all those methods are based on Simulation experiment, with different models and variety of  sample sizes. The comparison had been made with respect to two criteria: Mean Square Error (MSE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE).

Background: Tumor associated tissue eosinophilia (TATE) has been described in a variety of neoplasms. In regard to squamous cell carcinoma, some studies worldwide done to assess stromal eosinophilia in oral and cervical squamous cell carcinoma. The objectives of this study is to evaluate the association of stromal eosinophilic infiltration of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma and to detect the significance of this association.

Aim of the study

The aim of our study is to establish the relationship between the degree of stromal eosinophilia and the level of invasion and the histological grade in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.

 This study investigated three aims for the extent of effectiveness of the two systems in educational development of educators. To achieve this, statistical analysis was performed between the two groups that consisted of (26) participants of the electronic teaching method and (38) participants who underwent teaching by the conventional electronic lecture. Undoped and Iodine (I)–doped chrome oxide (Cr2O3)thin films have been prepared by chemical spray pyrolysis technique at substrate temperatures(773K) on glass substrate. Absorbance and transmittance spectra have been recorded as a function of wavelength in the range (340-800 nm) in order to study the optical properties such as reflectance, Energy gap of allowed direct transition, extinction coefficient refractive index, and dielectric constant in real and imagery parts all as a function of wavelength. Experimental results for the density of states of hydrogenated amorphous silicon due to Jackson et al near the valence and conduction band edges were analyzed using Levenberg-Marquardt nonlinear fitting method. It is found that the density of states of the valence band and the conduction band can be fitted to a simple power law, with a power index 0.60 near the valence band edge, and 0.55 near the conduction band edge. These results indicate a modest but noticeable deviation from the square root law (power index=0.5) which is found in crystalline semiconductors. Analysis of Jackson et al density of states integral J(E) data over about (1.4 eV) of photon energy range, showed a significant fit to a simple power law with a power index of 2.11
