شغلت  قضية اعداد المعلم  اهتمامات العديد من المسؤولين في قطاع التربيه والتعليم وكذلك اولياء امور الطلبه واساتذه الجامعه , ولازالت الهم الاكبر , وذلك لاختلاف سياسه اعداد المعلم من دولة واخرى وحسب الفلسفه التربويه  والمتغيرات والتطورات السريعه التي يشهدها العالم

            وفي ضوء ماتقدم , ان المعلم هو احد عناصر العمليه التربويه في اي بلد . بعد الطالب والمنه

تشغل مادة طرائق التدريس مكانة متميزة في عملية التعليم والتعلم لما لها من دور كبير وفاعل في إيصال المادة العلمية إلى الطالب بنجاح .

وقد عزى بعض الباحثين التأخر الذي رافق طرائق تدريس التربية الإسلامية إلى ضعف إعداد المدرسين وتأهيلهم التربوي ولا سيما أن عدد غير قليل منهم من كليات غير تربوية فهم خريجو كليات العلوم الإسلامية والجامعة الإسلامية والإدارة والاقتصاد

The reaction oisolated and characterized by elemental analysis (C,H,N) , 1H-NMR, mass spectra and Fourier transform (Ft-IR). The reaction of the (L-AZD) with: [VO(II), Cr(III), Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd(II) and Hg(II)], has been investigated and was isolated as tri nuclear cluster and characterized by: Ft-IR, U. v- Visible, electrical conductivity, magnetic susceptibilities at 25 Co, atomic absorption and molar ratio. Spectroscopic evidence showed that the binding of metal ions were through azide and carbonyl moieties resulting in a six- coordinating metal ions in [Cr (III), Mn (II), Co (II) and Ni (II)]. The objective of the current research is to identify the effective of the suggested instructional design that based on the teaching strategy for understanding in achievement for students(girls) of mathematics in the fifth grads secondary school. process of data updating therefore the researcher well facing many difficulties
to balancing between the old data on collecting new data.
The research present an opinion which is summarized by: can we use
the old data after we updated and used it as alternatives? Or the researcher
must collect new data to complete their research which indicate to the present
situation and some times they cant complete their studies because of the
security, economic, temporally difficulties.

- To what extent the subject of assets acquired a specific meaning in the Arabic books and educational subjects ? Is these selections are reflected on the classification of assets and their types ?
- What’s the nature of the content ? .Is there a consistency between the meaning and content ?

- What entrances handling and curriculum approach and tactics are in those books ?

تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى استعمال الانموذج اللوجستي ثنائي المعلم في تدريج مقياس الشخصية الافتراضية المتعدد الابعاد لطلبة الجامعة وفقا لنظرية الاستجابة للفقرة، والخروج بتعميم لنتائج البحث والوقوف على الاجراءات العلمية المناسبة وتوفير تطبيق عملي علمي صحيح لاعتمادها من قبل الباحثين. وقد اتبعث الباحثة الاسلوب العلمي من خطوات واجراءات في عملية بناء المقياس حيث حدت ابعاد الشخصية الافتراضية المتمثلة بسبع ابعا
