This current study aims to know the characteristics of the doctors’ impact on success “doctors who work as managers specifically”.

The sample contains from (60) doctors work in the three hospitals in Baghdad, The data collected with questionnaire, the main personnel characteristics the desire to work as hospitals managers. Translating culture-specific proverbs (CSPs) is a challenging task since they often occur in a peculiar context. Further, CSPs are intended to imply meanings that extend far beyond the literal meaning of such a kind of proverbs. As far as English and Arabic are concerned, translators often encounter problems in translating CSPs due to cultural differences between the source language(SL) and the target language (TL) as well as what seems to be the lack of equivalence for some CSPs.

A progression of Polyaniline (PANI) and Titanium dioxide (TiO₂) nanoparticles (NPs) were prepared by an in-situ polymerization strategy within the sight of TiO₂ NPs. The subsequent nanocomposites were analyzed using Fourier-transform infrared spectra (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Energy Dispersive X-Ray Analysis (EDX) taken for the prepared samples. PANI/TiO₂ nanocomposites were prepared by various compound materials (with H₂SO₄ 0.3 M and without it, to compare the outcome of it) by the compound oxidation technique using ammonium persulfate (APS) as oxidant within the sight of ultrafine grade powder of TiO₂ cooled in an ice bath.

The objective of an Optimal Power Flow (OPF) algorithm is to find steady state operation point which minimizes generation cost, loss etc. while maintaining an acceptable system performance in terms of limits on generators real and reactive powers, line flow limits etc. The OPF solution includes an objective function.
