Television and Agenda Building

Most media studies on the development of the agenda have focused on the relationship between the content of the media and the audience of these media, and the extent of its impact on the agenda of the media, in addition to comparing it to the extent of interest in the agenda of those means. While in the construction of the agenda, we focus on the relationship between news sources and the media and the role of these sources in the process Building the agenda.These sources are institutions, parties, pressure groups, interest groups, the head of state and other media. The impact of these sources on the process of building the agenda are shown through the process of the selection of resources by the channel and communicators, and the technical methods taken to present the media content. The approach to building the agenda examines the relationship that precedes it, namely the relationship of news sources to the media and how these sources, which the media depend on, can influence the construction of the medium.

Internal Convective Heat Transfer Effect on Iraqi Building Construction Cooling Load

This work involves the calculation of the cooling load in Iraqi building constructions taking in account the effect of the convective heat transfer inside the buildings. ASHRAE assumptions are compared with the Fisher and Pedersen model of estimation of internal convective heat transfer coefficient when the high rate of ventilation from ceiling inlet configuration is used. Theoretical calculation of cooling load using the Radiant Time Series Method (RTSM) is implemented on the actual tested spaces. Studying the Utility of Using Reed and Sawdust as Waste Materials to Produce Cementitious Building Units

In this research, the possibility of using waste wooden materials (reed and sawdust) was studied to produce sustainable and thermal insulation lightweight building units , which has economic and environmental advantages. This study is intended to produce light weight building units with low thermal conductivity, so it can be used as partitions to improve the thermal insulation in buildings. Waste wooden materials were used as a partial replacement of natural sand, in different percentages (10, 20, 30, and 40) % . The mix proportions were (1:2.5) (cement: fine aggregate) with w/c of 0.4.
