The current research aims to identify the Impact of  strategy of modeling in the of deductive thinking and the attitvde towards mathematics among students in the high school stage

 through check the following hypotheses:       

1.There is no difference statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the scores  mean of the experimental group students who have studied according to the modeling strategy and scores of control group students who have studied according to ordinary method in deductive thinking.

This study measured and analyzed job satisfaction among faculty members at the university of Irbid College in relation to gender social status, years of experience, academic rank , qualification, the population consisted of 110 full-time Jordanian factually members. A total of 72. (61%) factually, members participated in this study. The research instrument which was developed by the researcher consisted of tow parts: personal information and the job Satisfaction Questionnaire Frequencies, percentages, means and one-way analyses of variance were employed to analyze the data. Iraqi EFL college instructors, who supervise the teaching practice of EFL student teachers, commonly experience the inefficient teaching performance of prospective teachers. This inefficiency is usually due to their inability to make connections between the practical experience and the theoretical knowledge of TEFL. One of the reasons behind this inability may be the employment of traditional ways of training and instructing student teachers. Moreover, it is usually noticed that many Iraqi EFL student teachers have a negative attitude toward the teaching profession.
