The study aimed to explore the school principals’ servant leadership practices for primary teachers’ perspectives in the Sultanate of Oman, furthermore to investigate the differences in those practices attributable to variables (gender, qualification, educational stage, years of experience, governorate). The study aims to identify the reality of knowledge management in decision-making in academic departments from the point of view of faculty members at Blonde University.
