Antidepressants are long-term used drugs and the incidence of their genotoxic impacts cannot be excluded. This is a retrospective multicenter pharmacoeconomic analysis conducted at two large teaching governmental hospitals in Baghdad, Iraq which provided infliximab to patients with RA.
