The aim of the present study is to identify the level of prosoical behavior of Baghdad University's students and to recognize the differences between male and female students. Moreover, it also aims to identify the level of openness to experience for these students. A random sample of (123) students has been selected; 77 males and 46 females. The present study aims to develop and apply the unrealistic optimism scale among high school students. The researcher has designed a scale of (38) paragraphs to measure the unrealistic optimism. A sample of (200) male and female students were chosen randomly to collect the needed data. The study found that the unrealistic scale of optimism has good psychometric characteristics. The current research aimed to identify psychological stability and its relationship to university integration and spiritual intelligence among university students. The research sample consisted of (158) students from the College of Education - Al-Mustansiriya University.

A scale was applied: psychological stability, university integration, and spiritual intelligence,   and by using the (Pearson) correlation coefficient, and the t-test, the results showed: the sample members enjoy psychological stability, university integration, and spiritual intelligence, and there is a positive, statistically significant correlation between the research variables, and the results resulted in some recommendations and proposals.

The objective of this research to identify the level of job satisfaction among lecturers Iraqi universities on the Law of University Service has determined the research community in the teaching staff or lecturers University (Baghdad, Mustansiriya, Technology, Al-Nahrean) were selected the same of them with a volume of (400) teaching (male and female) to complete the research has been prepared to identify composed of (49) items distributed on four axes and Search Results indicated that the level of job satisfaction among the teaching Iraqi university courses on the law of service is characterized by the presence of positive and job satisfaction and the law in general.
