The current study is aimed to identify personality types of the lecturers of Baghdad University as well as identify the prevailing types among the lecturers. In addition, the study aimed to identify the significant difference among personality types (The Enneagram) according to the variables of academic title and scientific major . One hundred and ninety four lecturers were involved in this study. In order to achieve the study's aims, the scale of (Baron& Wagele 1994) was used to measure the nine personality types (The Enneagram) that was translated by( Anwar Omar Ibrahim 2012). Some statistical analysis were used and the result demonstrated that Romantic types was found to be the most prevailing types among the lecturers of Baghdad

Soil resistivity depends on many overlapping factors, which influence it in various ways. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of some physical and chemical factors on soil apparent resistivity. The results of field, laboratory, and statistical studies revealed a complex relationship between water content, pH, and salinity with soil apparent resistivity. The results showed that water content had a clear effect on apparent resistivity, as it increased significantly when water content value decreased to less than about 5%. The results also showed that increasing the salinity ratio at the expense of water content led to an increase in the apparent resistivity values. This study was designed to evaluate the effect of major surgery on thyroid hormones and thyrotropin in patient undergoing major lower abdominal surgery. The study included fifty patients scheduled for elective major lower abdominal surgery, the serum levels of T3, T4 and TSH were determined one day preoperatively, intraoperative, one day postoperatively, two days postoperatively, and rT3 was determined one day preoperatively, and one day postoperatively. Abstract :- In this paper, silver nanoparticles had been prepared by chemical reduction method. Many tests had been done to it such as UV-Visible spectrophotometer, XRD, AFM&SEM test. finally an attempt had been done to get the optimum condition to control the grain size of silver Nanoparticles by variation the heating period and other parameters which has an effect in silver Nanoparticles synthesis process. in this method we can get a silver nanoparticles in the size range from 52 to 97 nm.

The purpose of this study was to examine the association of oral administration of Carbamazepine during pregnancy and the histological changes in the ovaries of mice. Timed-pregnant mice were divided into experimental and control groups. 60 mice in the experimental group received daily oral of 15 mg/kg of carbamazepine via intragastric tube on gestational days 0 to 18. 20 mice were used as control group. They received normal saline via the same route. Dams underwent laparotomy on pregnancy days 13, 15, and 18 and the ovaries were collected.  Anew mathematical formula was proposed to describe the behavior of the extinction coefficient as a function of ambient temperature and wavelengths for some of infrared materials. This formula was derived depending on some experimental data of transmittance spectrum versus wavelengths for many ambient temperatures. The extensive study of the spectrum characteristics and depending on Bose-Einstein distribution led to derive an equation connecting the extinction coefficient or the absorption coefficient with the ambient temperature and wavelengths of the incident rays.
