Transition metal complexes of Y(III), La(III) and Rh(III) with azo dye 2,4-dimethyl-6(4-nitro-phenylazo)-phenol derived from 4-nitroaniline and 2,4-dimethylphenol were synthesized. Characterization of these compounds has been done on the basis of elemental analysis, electronic data, FT-IR,UV-Vis and 1HNMR, as well as conductivity measurements. The nature of the complexes formed were studies following the mole ratio and continuous variation methods, Beer's law obeyed over a concentration range (1x10-4- 3x10-4). High molar absorbtivity of the complex solutions were observed. From the analytical data, the stoichiomerty of the complexes has been found to be 1:3 (Metal:ligand). The main target of this paper is to determine the optimum time for preventive maintenance on machines. Tow methods has been implemented estimating the optimum time duration for preventive maintenance . the first techniques use scheduling depending on data concerning the machine maintenance cost and halted cost from the production reach to the optimum time for maintenance which reflect the minimum cost. Where as the second techniques depends on reability function to estimate the optimum duration time which reflect the minimum cost. The tow techniques above by which we count on in fixing the preventive maintenance both give same result . we also prove that the scheduling method best than the reability function .

The current study aims to investigate the second cycle students’ motives for using electronic games in Oman. The sample consisted of (570) students, (346 males and 224 females). The participants completed an open-ended question which was analyzed based on ground theory. The results showed that (46.820%) of the males and (77.678) of the females played electronic games for pleasure, entertainment, and fun. This first category of motivation got the highest percentage of frequency (58.947%). The motive to become a hacker, a popular YouTuber got the lowest percentage (2.280%).
