...Show More Authors

The Internet makes the world like a small village. It has the ability to make groups of the same ideas, thoughts, and identity close to each other by gathering them in one place. It is a way to communicate and share information and opinion; shaping and sharing of comprising individuals with common interests and the participation of individuals in a fruitful dialogue results in achieving a set of goals promote ideas and mobilizing people about issues and events of common interests.

To address the relationship of the internet via interactive communication and its ability to achieve social capital and discuss issues and various social events, the study sees that the problem of the study could be formulated as follows:

Consider the impact of interactive communication on social capital through Internet users by measuring the indicators of social capital formation, which is the social network formed by the individual; the exchange of knowledge and confidence that demonstrate achievement of websites to gain social capital.

This approach is based on a set of introductions that are not more than deliberative hypotheses for discussion. Its discussion may lead to the development of the concept of social capital, the definition of its connotations, and limitations, the disclosure of its contents, and its interrelationships with other forms of capital and its reflection on the interactive communication of the Internet users.

The concept of social capital is subjective and objective double stem characteristics of subjective individuals, groups and societies through communications via the Web. But perhaps the emotive establish effectiveness as a trace of the predominantly contents background values as honesty, integrity, uprightness, love, and others, in addition to equality, freedom, autonomy, other virtues, and Supreme human values that establish social values.

The virtual community provides a place of mutual information advice, support and social networking sites represent new ways of political and civil participation, teamwork and emotional, social support and knowledge sharing social capital. It achieves effective democracy and helps resolve conflicts and can be activated in media studies and virtual communities.

The Internet is a means to help existing communities to communicate with their members. It helps to be integrated with social capital occurs among individuals. It doesn’t lead to a decrease in social capital. But, rather, it gets social capital to be integrated. In addition. It also increases existing social capital via online capital and helps complete the construction of existing social capital off-line by engaging individuals in various activities through online communication that may actually turn into activities and participation in society.

Comparative analysis of the conventional primary healthcare services and family health program in Cairo, Egypt
...Show More Authors

Background: Primary healthcare in Egypt has undergone significant reforms since the 1990s, including the pioneering Family Health Program (FHP). However, limited evaluation exists regarding the FHP's impact on enhancing the delivery of primary healthcare services. The primary objective of this study was to analyze and understand the efficiency and effectiveness of the FHP in altering the delivery of primary healthcare in Egypt. We aimed to outline the fundamental characteristics of the primary healthcare system, compare them between the conventional and the newly reformed FHP centers, and gauge the awareness level of these variances among key decision-makers, focusing specifically on Cairo, Egypt. Methods: This cross-sectional study employe

The Efficacy and Safety Of Using Hydrochlorothiazide As Adjuvant Therapy In Pediatric Urinary Tract Infections
...Show More Authors

Background: Acute urinary tract infection is a common bacterial infection causing illness in infants and children. At age of seven, 8% of girls and 2% of boys will have at least one episode. Although drinking water and using home remedies are known to help to flush away bacteria and keeps them from sticking to the bladder wall, researches to test the efficacy and safety of hydrochlorothiazide's diuretic effect as adjuvant to the antibiotics in pediatric age groups are lacking, and so this research was to address this subject.

Objectives: To assess the effectiveness   and  the safety of hydrochlorothiazide as adjuvant therapy to the antibiotics in treating acute urinary tract infect

Background: The microbial production of substances that have the potency to suppress the growth of other microorganisms is probably one of the prevalent defense strategy developed in nature, microorganisms produce a variable bunch of microbial defense systems, which include antibiotics, metabolic by-products, lytic agents, bacteriocins and others. Objective: The purpose of the present study was to isolate and identify Enterococcus faecium isolates then detecting its ability of carrying the gene responsible for enterocin production in this species. Materials and methods: Out of 50 samples from different sources (food and clinical sources) were collected for the Enterococcus faecium isolation, and the isolated bacteria Enterococ

The Role of Green Quality Management and Product Life Cycle Costing in Achieving Competitive Advantage
...Show More Authors

The principal objective of this study is to demonstrate how green quality management and product life cycle costing may help an organization gain a competitive advantage. Green quality management's influence on increasing product quality and meeting environmental criteria, as well as tracking the activities of product life cycle before, during, and after production, is demonstrated. Orienting these activities toward the production of eco-friendly products that fulfill the needs of customers, hence increasing organization's market share. We found from our study that proposed framework can help organizations improve their competitiveness. Green quality management contributes to environmental protection and the provision of high-qualit

Parameters Affecting the Thermodynamic Efficiency of PEM Single Cell and Stack of Cells (Two Cells)
...Show More Authors

In this work, thermodynamic efficiency of individual cell and stack of cells (two cells) has been computed by studying the variation of voltage produced during an operation time of 30 min as a result of the affected parameters:- stoichiometric feed ratio, flow field design on single cell and feed distribution on stack of cells. The experiments were carried out by using two cells, one with serpentine flow field and the other with spiral flow field. These cells were fed with hydrogen and oxygen at low volumetric flow rates from 1 to 2 ml/sec and stoichiometric ratios of fuel (H2) to oxidant (O2) as 1:2, 1:1 and 2:1 respectively. The results showed that
