Microalgae present much usefulness for antimicrobial research because of its enormous biodiversity and rapid growth rate. From this study results it is reaveled that Chlamydomonas reinhardtii were isolated from a pond of water in the province of Diwaniyah. The culture supernatants were obtained when extracted with methanol solvent. Antimicrobial activity of extracts was tested for pathogens, and the best inhibition zone obtained was against Candida albicans (32mm), S.aureus (15mm), and to E.coli (9mm). In the current research, a new technique is applied on the previous Bouguer map of gravity surveys (conducted from 1940–1950) of the last century, by selecting certain areas in the South-Western desert of Iraqi-territory within the provinces' administrative boundary of Najaf and Anbar. Depending on the theory of gravity inversion where gravity values could be reflected to density-contrast variations with the depths; so, gravity data inversion can be utilized to calculate the models of density and velocity from four selected depth-slices 9.63 Km, 1.1 Km, 0.682 Km and 0.407 Km.

This study aims at recognizing Pesticides and how the process of pesticides biodegradation by microbiology took place, and the effect of environmental condition on this process. And how the research uncovered the efficiency of microbiology in the biodegradation process of pesticides, as the perfect temperature for the biodegradation process is 40 °C and humidity effect on pesticides efficiency, when high humidity reduces pesticide efficiency and the perfect acidity to increase bacteria efficiency is 7, for the incubation period, it was found during the previous studies that the best incubation period is 5-7 days, in this period the bacteria imprint on pesticides and increase biodegradation of it.
