    This paper deals with finding the approximation solution of a nonlinear parabolic boundary value problem (NLPBVP) by using the Galekin finite element method (GFEM) in space and Crank Nicolson (CN) scheme in time, the problem then reduce to solve a Galerkin nonlinear algebraic system(GNLAS). Medication abuse is defined as the use of medication for non-medical reasons. In this research a local adsorbent was prepared from waste tires using two-step pyrolysis method. In the carbonization process, nitrogen gas flow rate was 0.2L/min at carbonization temperature of 500ºC for 1h. The char products were then preceded to the activation process at 850°C under carbon dioxide (CO2) activation flow rate of 0.6L/min for 3h. The activation method produced local adsorbent material with a surface area and total pore volume as high as 118.59m2 /g and 0.1467cm3/g, respectively. The produced . local adsorbent (activated carbon) was used for adsorption of lead from aqueous solution. The continuous fixed bed column experiments were conducted. Objective: To assess the role of tumour necrosis factor alpha level and genotyping in susceptibility to leishmaniasis.Method: The case-control study was conducted from March to July 2021 at Baqubah Teaching Hospital, Diyala, Iraq,and comprised patients of cutaneous leishmaniasis in group A and healthy controls in group B. The serum level andsingle nucleotide polymorphisms of tumour necrosis factor-alpha rs41297589 and rs1800629 were compared betweenthe groups. Data was analysed using SPSS 28.Results: Of the 150 subjects, there were 75(50%) in group A; 39(52%) males and 36(48%) females with mean age23.91±13.14 years. The remaining 75(50%) subjects were in group B; 38(50.7%) males and 37(49.3%) females withmean age 22.84±4.35 years.

Calculations of sputtering yield for Lithium,Sodium and Krypton bombarded by the same own ions are achieved by using TRIM program.The relation of angular dependent of sputtering yield for each ion/target is studied. Also, the dependence of the sputtering yield of target on the energy of the same ion is discussed and plotted graphically. Many researchers applied polynomials function to fit the sputtering data from experimental and simulation programs, however, we suggest to use Ior function for fitting the angular distribution of the sputtering yield. A New data for fitting coefficients of the used ion/target are presented by applying used function for the dependence of the sputtering yield on the ion energy.
