نتيجة لما يشهده قطاع التربية من تغير كبير وتطور سريع, فقد اتجه تخطيط السياسة التعليمية في القطر نحو تحديد كفاءة النظام التعليمي بمختلف مراحله كونها اجزاء متداخلة في تركيب تنظيمي واحد(9: 3 ) . وذلك من اجل استمرار تطويره, وتوجيهه بما يتفق واحداث المرحلة ومتطلباتها, على اساس ان مخرجات كل مرحلة تعليمية من مراحله المتتابعة تمثل المدخلات الجديدة لمرحلة تعليمية لاحقة.

Objectives: To study the effect of providing tertiary (specialized) health care for type 2 diabetic patients to meet the WHO and ADA standards and glycemic targets.
Method: Six months, Jan. – Jun. 2010, cohort study was conducted on 600 adult diabetics who registered in the National Diabetes Center (NDC) / Al-Mustansiriya University, Baghdad – Iraq. They were followed for 3- 6 months; each time patients were examined physically and their blood pressure, height, weight and BMI were measured. A novel fractal design scheme has been introduced in this paper to generate microstrip bandpass filter designs with miniaturized sizes for wireless applications. The presented fractal scheme is based on Minkowski-like prefractal geometry.
