Methodology: In this prospective case series 16 skeletally mature patients with primary giant cell tumor around the knee were included. This study evaluated the functional response of the larva of the predator Chrysoperla carnea by offering varying densities of cabbage aphid, Brevicoryne brassicae (L.) .
