This research was carried out to evaluate the activity of crude juice of Olive on some cytogenetic parameters in mice like chromosomal aberration (CAs) and micronuclei formation(MN). The results showed that there was no significant difference between the crude juice (green and black)in CAs(3.77,4.10)and MN(0.25,0.25) in comparison with negative control (3.39,0.22)respectively. The interaction effect between the crude before and after treatment with mutagen MMC showed that the crude is one of the vital inhibitors of the mutagen by its ability in reducing the percentages of both the CAs and MN in bone marrow cells in mice.

The article provides a comparative analysis of comparisons in Russian and Arabic, aimed at identifying their structural, typological, and functional-pragmatic features. The study is based on a systematic approach to the analysis of linguistic means of expressing comparisons in two differ- ent linguistic cultures. An analytical and clinical study has been applied for measure the bioavailability of Zinc in serum of twenty adults healthy volunteers, using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer (FAAS) at 213.9 nm. The calibration graph is linear in the ranges of 0.25-1.5 μg.mL-1 with correlation coefficient (R) 0.09996)μg.mL1-and molar absorpitivites 22957.76(L.mol1-cm-1.The concentration of Zinc determined in serum of all volunteers before and after administered orally a tablet of 50 mg zinc sulphate, produced by Samara drugs company (SDI). All data were subjected to statistical analysis by calculating accuracy, precision in addition to other parameters.
