The political movements of Islam are among the most prominent phenomena of the popular uprisings witnessed by the Arab world. However, this rise and the rise of some movements led to many problems on the political theses of Islam, especially those associated with the ideas of Islamic ideologues and their slogan Legitimacy and the authorities as the origin of the divine, and said the application to achieve the Islamic solution, and then became the state in theses of some Islamists a tool to apply the law and then the preservation of religion.

The objective of this study is to determine the sources of growth of the cement industry in Iraq for the period 1990-2014 and to indicate the nature of the technological progress used in it. To achieve this objective we have built an econometric model, by adapting the production function constant elasticity for substitution, using multiple regression, and enforcement, SPSS program, and using the ordinary least squares method (OLS). The results showed that quantitative factors (labour and capital) are the main sources of growth the cement industry in Iraq, and the qualitative factors (technological progress) did not contribute effectively to achieve this growth. The present paper aims at presenting a feminist reading of Shamela. It specifically seeks to show how the patriarchal mentality behind Shamela dismembers all aspects of the positive image of the woman in Pamela so that nothing remains in the public mind but the prevalent stereotypical image. The narrative in Pamela draws a positive picture of a truly pure, honest, moral woman; the narrative of Shamela redraws that picture by positing the stereotypical image of the woman as a lascivious temptress, false creature, immoral person, and shameless prostitute. This image is what patriarchy intends to endure as it has invented it long ago so that it continues to maintain its domination of society.

In this work a fragile watermarking scheme is presented. This scheme is applied to digital color images in spatial domain. The image is divided into blocks, and each block has its authentication mark embedded in it, we would be able to insure which parts of the image are authentic and which parts have been modified. This authentication carries out without need to exist the original image. The results show the quality of the watermarked image is remaining very good and the watermark survived some type of unintended modification such as familiar compression software like WINRAR and ZIP
