The aim of this research is to diagnose the impact of competitive dimensions represented by quality, cost, time, flexibility on the efficiency of e-learning, The research adopted the descriptive analytical method by identifying the impact of these dimensions on the efficiency of e-learning, as well as the use of the statistical method for the purpose of eliciting results. Ab – initio density function theory (DFT) calculations coupled with Large Unit Cell (LUC) method were carried out to evaluate the electronic structure properties of III-V zinc blend (GaAs). The nano – scale that have dimension (1.56-2.04)nm. The Gaussian 03 computational packages has been employed through out this study to compute the electronic properties include lattice constant, energy gap, valence and conduction band width, total energy, cohesive energy and density of state etc. Results show that the total energy and energy gap are decreasing with increase the size of nano crystal . Results revealed that electronic properties converge to some limit as the size of LUC increase .

    Utilizing first principles calculations within PW91 exchange-correlation method, we investigated a boron sheet that exhibits related electronic properties. The 2-dimensional boron sheet is flattened and has an atomic structure where the pair cores of every three ordered hexagons within the hexagonal network are loaded up by extra atoms, which saves the triangular lattice symmetry. The boron sheet takes possession of intrinsic metal properties and the electronic bands are comparable to the  bands of the graphene that are close to the Fermi level. The real and imaginary parts of the dielectric function show a metallic or semiconductor behaviour, depending on the electric field direction.

It further allows all its residents to enjoy the opportunities to live in a safe urban life. Based on the that, the limitations of the research and its field of interest related to the relationship between gender and urban studies have become clear. The insufficient knowledge in this regard considers gender as a concept that does not exist in itself, but rather overlaps and intersects with several concepts and studies, including urban studies. Thus, it has become necessary to adopt a descriptive methodology that helps reach a theoretical framework to explain the beginnings of such an interaction and inte
