تعد الادارة الجامعية عاملا مهما واساسيا في اكمال البناء المعرفي لشخصية الطالب الجامعي لما يمثله من قدرة على قيادة العملية التربوية والتعليمية والوصول بها الى تحقيق اهدافها . وطالما كانت هذه الادارة ممثلة ابتداء من رئاسات الاقسام ووصولا الى اعلى الهرم الاداري في الجامعة مهمة في تحقيق  الاهداف العلمية والتربوية فان اختيار الاشخاص للقيام بمهامها تاخذ جانبا كبيرا ومهما وذلك للاثر

The influence of dye laser Rhodamine 6G (R6G) on the molecular structure of silica aerogel prepared by normal drying method is reported. The study also tests the effect of dye concentration on morphological and physical properties. Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to examine this effect, in addition to Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM), contact angle, and surface area measurement. It was found from FTIR data that the dye laser stays with the inner structure of samples and, at high concentration, it gives a good influence by reducing (OH) band and increasing (CH) band, leading to changing the contact angle from (123^á´¼) to (145^á´¼). Thin-walled members are increasingly used in structural applications, especially in light structures like in constructions and aircraft structures because of their high strength-to-weight ratio. Perforations are often made on these structures for reducing weight and to facilitate the services and maintenance works like in aircraft wing ribs. This type of structures suffers from buckling phenomena due to its dimensions, and this suffering increases with the presence of holes in it. This paper presents a novel idea as it investigates the rescue effect of the prey with fluctuation effect for the first time to propose a modified predator-prey model that forms a non-autonomous model. However, the approximation method is utilized to convert the non-autonomous model to an autonomous one by simplifying the mathematical analysis and following the dynamical behaviors. Some theoretical properties of the proposed autonomous model like the boundedness, stability, and Kolmogorov conditions are studied. This paper's analytical results demonstrate that the dynamic behaviors are globally stable and that the rescue effect improves the likelihood of coexistence compared to when there is no rescue impact. ولاثبات فرضية البحث تم اختيار سوق العراق للاوراق المالية لكي يكون مجتمعا للبحث، ومن ثم اختيار عينة عمدية مؤلفة من ثلاثة عشر سهما من اسهم الشركات المدرجة في هذه السوق لتكون ميدانا للبحث.
