The research aims to identify the possibility of applying environmental fines to commercial shops and restaurants to reduce the environmental pollution represented by the wastes generated from them. The research sample was divided into two groups, including the first (20) commercial shops (meat shops and slaughter it, fruits & vegetables, legumes and accessories) and second (30) Restaurant in the city of Baghdad on both sides of Karkh and Rusafa.   The study focused on the results of first paleostress from thrust fault slip data on Tertiary age of Hemrin North Structure, North of Iraq. The stress inversion was performed for fault slip data using an improved right dihedral model, and then followed by rotational optimization (Georient Software). Cette recherche étudie les structures composant Barbara, un poème de Jacques Prévert pour mettre en valeur la particularité de ce langage. Nous avons d'abord, dissocié ces structures, en : structure thématique, actancielle, syntaxico-énonciative, sémantique, formelle et finalement spacio-temporelle en vue de les analyser minutieusement.
