The purpose of this study is to diagnose factors that effect Thi-Qar behavioral intention to use internet. A sample of (127) internet users of university staff was taken in the study and were analyzed by using path analyze . The study concluded that there is a set of affecting correlation. It was founded that exogenous variables (gender, income, perceived fun, perceived usefulness, Image, and ease of use) has significant effect on endogenous (behavioral intention) . They were preceded by scholars of other sects, so their books were translated into Arabic and they added to it many of their scientific research and writings that affected Arab and Islamic libraries, as these scientific research turned into basic references for the benefit of students of science in this field, and they did not stop at that, but built observatories, and invented They developed many astronomical devices in their time and observed the planets and stars, drew maps for them and determined their locations

Objective: The aims of research to identify sample of websites of Arabian medical periodicals and exam applying to
standards for publishing on the internet.
Methodology: A survey method is applied about nine medical periodicals websites and data are collected through
forms include five international standards to assessing websites.
Results: of data collected, the following findings are obtained:
1. Through examining website addresses, unsuitability was found in using Universal Resources Locater, because six of
