This research studies the conflict issue regarding climate rapid change  as a fact which occupied scientists and specialists  alike, who research in this particular field, especially in recent years and how this matter has been dealt with according to real and in fictional structures via films and TV.

The researcher dealt with two researches in this study :

The first : climate extremes, human and drama rituals.

The second : realistic and imaginary construction in the cinematographic medium.

Objective: The aim of this study was to assess the knowledge and attitude of Iraqi dentists towards cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) applications in endodontics by using an online survey. Materials and Methods: A questionnaire, consisting of 31 questions, targeted general dental practitioners and specialists in different dental specialities. A total of 306 participants were included. This study aimed at recognizing the impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan, the axes of the strategy were: informative sharing, free and independence, working teams, and organizational power. To achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire is designed and distributed on the sample of the study, which represented 60 employees of Banks. After analyzing the data by using SPSS, the study resulted that there is positive impact of empowerment of human resources strategy on enhancing the financial performance in working banks in Jordan.
