Abstract:

One of the important things provided by fuzzy model is to identify the membership functions. In the fuzzy reliability applications with failure functions of the kind who cares that deals with positive variables .There are many types of membership functions studied by many researchers, including triangular membership function, trapezoidal membership function and bell-shaped membership function. In I research we used beta function. Based on this paper study classical method to obtain estimation fuzzy reliability function for both series and parallel systems.

    In this study, we present different methods of estimating fuzzy reliability of a two-parameter Rayleigh distribution via the maximum likelihood estimator, median first-order statistics estimator, quartile estimator, L-moment estimator, and mixed Thompson-type estimator. The mean-square error MSE as a measurement for comparing the considered methods using simulation through different values for the parameters and unalike sample sizes is used.     In this paper, some new types of regularity axioms, namely pairwise quasi-regular, pairwise semi-regular, pairwise pseudo regular and pairwise regular are defined and studied in both ech fuzzy soft bi-closure spaces (  bicsp’s) and their induced fuzzy soft bitopological spaces. We also study the relationships between them. We show that in all these types of axioms, the hereditary property is satisfied under closed fs bi-csubsp of . Furthermore, we define some normality axioms, namely pairwise semi-normal, pairwise pseudo normal, pairwise normal and pairwise completely normal in both  bicsp’s and their induced fuzzy soft bitopological spaces, as well as their basic properties and the relationships between them are studied.
