The process of evaluating and measuring tax performance is critical to support the tax collection process. The comparison of the amount of revenue collection with what is expected and the process of measuring tax performance continuously by the tax administration leads to increase the collection of tax, determine the size of deviations and stand and know the reasons and take the necessary measures to address them to get a better result in the future. According to the different tasks assigned to them, criteria and indicators for measuring the tax performance vary from one organization to another. These are indicators or criteria that measure tax revenue (i.e., amounts). One of the research's main findings was to raise the tax collection level, increase the number of employees to get good performance, and impose sanctions on tax evaders. They are detecting the manipulators with the other accounts submitted to the General Authority for Taxes to evade the tax and achieve the taxpayers' greatest possible profit. The most important recommendations reach the research. The attempt to introduce technology and advanced information systems to cope with developments in the field of taxation, to give more importance to the process of assessment and measurement of tax performance because of the positive impact in the process of collection of tax collection.
Schiff Base And Ligand Metal Complexes of Some Amino Acids and Drug
This study was performed at Nuclear Radiation Hospital in Baghdad for the period from
January 2011 to May 2011. 44 Blood samples were collected from patients suffered lung and
bladder cancer and 24 samples as healthy control individuals.
Routine liver functions tests were studied by measuring S.GPT, S.GOT and Kidney
function was evaluated by estimation of blood urea and creatinine in serum samples of
individuals studied.
It was observed that the incidence of lung and bladder cancer was higher in males than
females patients ( male 81.82 %, 72.73%, female18 .18%, 27.27% respectively).
Insignificant difference was noted among age of lung and bladder cancer patients
compared with control group. The results

In the present study NiPcTs, CdS thin films, and Blends of NiPcTs:CdS were prepared with 1:2 content mixing ratio of NiPcTs to CdS solutions. Cadmium chloride and thiourea were used as the essential materials for deposition CdS thin films while using organic powder of NiPcTs to deposit NiPcTs nanostructure films. The spin-coating technique was employed to fabricate the NiPcTs , CdS films and NiPcTs-CdS blend. The new symmetry pyromellitdiimide [VII]a-c,n were synthesized by two-step reactions from the corresponding pyromellitic dianhydride . A new symmetrical amic acid [VI]a-c,n was synthesized by the reaction of pyromellitic dianhydride with different heterocyclic amines in dry acetone . The second reaction step includes intramolecular cyclization of amic acid in the presence of sodium acetate -acetic anhydride system at 850C. Structures of the synthesized compounds have been ascertained by their melting points , C.H.N analysis , UV-Vis, FTIR and 1HNMR spectroscopy.
Schiff bases, named after Hugo Schiff, are aldehyde- or ketone-like compounds in which the carbonyl group is replaced by imine or azomethine group. They are widely used for industrial purposes and also have a broad range of applications as antioxidants. An overview of antioxidant applications of Schiff bases and their complexes is discussed in this review.
