The proposed method was conducted and validated according to International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) requirements. Leuconostoc bacteria was isolated from local pickled cabbage (Brassica oleracea capitata) and identified as Leuconostoc mesenteroides by morphology,biochemical and physiological.
