The study aimed to purification of acid phosphatase (ACP) from sera of obesetype 2 diabetes mellitus patients, this study included from thirty T2DM patients and thirty control, purification process was done with several steps included precipitation with inorganic salt (NH4 ) 2SO4 30%-80%, dialysis, ion exchange chromatography by DEAE sepharose anion column and size exclusion chromatography by Sepharose 6B.ACP, BMI, FBS, HbA1c, Lipid profile, Urea, Creatinie, Insuline, Homa-IR were determined. Results showed the precipitate and concentrated protein appeared four peaks in ion exchange column. ACP located in the first and second peak with purification fold (21.1), (37.2) yield of enzyme and specific activity (173.3) IU/ml, which obtained a single peakby gel filtration chromatography, the degree of purification (34.1) fold, yield of enzyme (20.5) with specific activity (280) IU/ml. Also, the peak that has the highest enzymatic activity showed single peak after eluted in gel filtration chromatography following steps by using SDS-PAGE Electrophoresis. From this study, it is concluded acid phosphatase which purification from sera of obese T2DM patients have two isoenzymes, also, concluded the purified enzyme had an optimum temperature (500C) and optimum pH (5). Purity and molar mass was measured using (SDS.PAGE) electrophoresis showing approximately ~ 56 KD with single band.
Background: Although there is evidence of peer support in high-income countries, the use of peer support as an intervention for cardiometabolic disease management, including type 2 diabetes (T2DM), in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), is unclear. Methods: A scoping review methodology was used to search the databases MEDLINE, Embase, Emcare, PsycINFO, LILACS, CDSR, and CENTRAL. Results: Twenty-eight studies were included in this scoping review. Of these, 67% were developed in Asia, 22% in Africa, and 11% in the Americas. The definition of peer support varied; however, peer support offered a social and emotional dimension to help individuals cope with negative emotions and barriers while promoting disease management. Rapid detection in clinical laboratories is essential for the judicious recognition of antimicrobial resistant organisms. So, the growth of Uropathgenic Escherichia coli (UPEC) isolates with Multidrug-resistant (MDR) and Extensively Drug-resistant (XDR) profiles that thwart therapy for (UTIs) has been detected and has straight squeezed costs and extended hospital stays. This study aims to detect MDR- and XDR-UPEC isolates. Out of 42 UPEC clinical isolates were composed from UTI patients. The bacterial strains were recognized by standard laboratory protocols. Susceptibility to antibiotic was measured by the standard disk diffusi

The results showed that the structure was amorphous for films prepared at ambient temperature Ts=293Kwhile it was polycrys talline for films prepared at high temperature. The grain s ize and roughness increased with increasing substrate temperature. The frequency and temperature dependencies upon AC conductivity were investigated in the frequency range 100Hz-10MHz and temperature of heat treatment in the range of 303-453K. The AC activation energy was found to increase from 0.1132 to 0.1258 eV with increas ing s ubs trate temperature from 293 to 423K and decreas e to 0.0962 eV with inc

The first step involved preparation of 2, 2-diphthalimidyl ethanoic acid [2] via reaction of two moles of phthalimide with dichloroacetic acid. Treatment of the resulted imide with ethanol in the second step afforded 2, 2-diphthalimidyl ester [3] which inturn was introduced in reaction with hydrazine hydrate in the third step, producing the corresponding hydrazide derivative [4]. The synthesized hydazide was introduced in different synthetic paths including treatment with carbon disulfide in alkaline solution then with hydrazine hydrate to afford the new 1, 2, 4-triazole [10]. Reaction of compound [10] with different alde

Spin coating technique was used to prepared polymers thin film layers under ambient atmosphere to make OSC. The prepared samples were characterized after annealing process at (80 ͦ C) for (30 min) under non-isolated circumference. The results show a value of filling factor (FF) of (2.888), (0.233) and (0.28

Corrosion prevention at (293-323) K has been studied by using electrochemical measurements. It shows that the utilized inhibitors are of mixed type based on the polarization curves. The results indicated that the inhibition efficiency changes were used with a change according to the functional groups on the benzene ring and through the electrochemical technique. Various characterization approaches were used to investigate the structural, morphological, and Fe2O3 /PANI nanoparticle structures. The findings support the synthesis of polycrystalline nanoparticle PANI and Fe2O3 /PANI spherical nanoparticle composites. Gram-positive bacteria are tested for antibacterial activity. Various quantities of Nanoparticles of PANI and Fe2O3 /PANI nanoparticle composites were used to test Staph-aureus and gram-negative bacteria, E-coli, and candida species. On the other hand, these classifications of rock type are necessary for understanding a reservoir and predicting its production performance in the face of any activity. The current study focuses on rock type and flow unit classification for the Mishrif reservoir in Iraq's southeast and the study is based on data from five wells that penetrate it. Integration of several methods was used to determine the flow unit based on well log interpretation and petrophysical properties. The flow units were identified using the Quality Index of Rock and the Indicator of Flow Zone. Th
