The design of this paper is to find the possible correlation of Epstein Barr virus infection ina group of Iraqi women with cervical carcinoma though detection of Latent Membrane Protein 1 (LMP1) in these cervical tissues. Background: Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) constitutes about 4% of salivary epithelial tumors and is the second common malignant epithelial salivary gland tumor involving both the major and minor salivary glands. Aims of the study is to evaluate immunohistochemical expression of Ki67 and p53 proteins in ACC. Materials and Methods: immunohistochemical analyses of fifteen cases of formalin – fixed paraffin – embedded tissues blocks of ACC of salivary glands using ki67 and p53 antibodies. Viscosities (η) and densities (ρ) of atenolol and propranolol hydrochloride in water and in concentrations (0.05 M) and (0.1 M) aqueous solution of threonine have been used to reform different important thermodynamic parameters like apparent molal volumes fv partial molal volumes at infinite dilution fvo , transfer volume fvo (tr), the slop Sv , Gibbs free energy of activation for viscous flow of solution ΔG*1,2 and the B-coefficient have been calculated using Jones-Dole equation. These thermodynamic parameters have been predicted in terms of solute-solute and solute-solvent interaction.

Subjects and methods: This was laboratory based study, it has been conducted at Elrazi University included   apparently 30 healthy students have been involved in this study.

Results: Out of 30 smears fixed with 95% alcohol, 76.7% (n=23) shows excellent nuclear stain, 23.3% (n= 7)   shows good nuclear stain. 70% (n=21) show excellent cytoplasmic stain, 26.7% (n=8) shows good cytoplasmic stain, 3.3% (n=1) shows poor cytoplasmuc stain.
