A novel fractal design scheme has been introduced in this paper to generate microstrip bandpass filter designs with miniaturized sizes for wireless applications. The presented fractal scheme is based on Minkowski-like prefractal geometry. The space-filling property and self-similarity of this fractal geometry has found to produce reduced size symmetrical structures corresponding to the successive iteration levels. The resulting filter designs are with sizes suitable for use in modern wireless communication systems.  This work reports the synthesis and characterization of some Co(111), Ni(11), Cu(11), Zn(l 1), Cd(1 1) and Hg(11) chelates of the new benzothia-zolylazo Ligand ( 5-Me-BTAC ) . The compounds were Characterized by IR , electronic spectroscopy, magnetic susceptibility ,elemental analysis and molar conductance measurements . The elemental analysis suggest the formula [ ML2 ] x.nH2O where x=Cl , n=1 for M= Co(111) and x=o , n=o for the remaining metal ions Electronic spectra and magnetic susceptibility data has supported the proposed octahedral geometry of Co(111) Ni(11) and Cu(1 I) Complexes. Conductivity measurements refer to nonionic structure of these Complexes except of Co(111) .

The aim of the present research is concerned with study the effect of UV radiation on the optical properties at wavelengths 254, 365 nm of pure PC and anthracene doping PC films prepared using the cast method for different doping ratio 10-60 mL. Films of pure PC and anthracene doping PC were aged under UV radiation for periods of up to 360 h. It found that the effect of UV radiation at wavelength 254 nm on the optical properties is great than the effect of UV radiation at wavelength 365 nm. Also, it found that the optical energy gap of pure PC and anthracene doping PC films is stable against radiation.

Vitrifications process one of the important methods to immobilize nuclear waste.  In this research nuclear waste (Strontium Oxides) with molecular weight (5%) was immobilized by vitrification methods in two types of borosilicate glass (c-type) which are glass and glass-ceramics. To investigate the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of glass and glass-ceramic after immobilize nuclear waste these samples irradiated by gamma ray radiation.
