The research aims to identify the correlation between self-reliance and human relationship of kindergartens’ teachers. Total of (120) kindergarten teachers at Baghdad city. To collect needed data, two scales were administered to the research sample consisted of (25) items of each scale with (five) alternatives. The results revealed that teachers have good level of self-reliance and human relationship. There is a positive correlation between self-reliance and human relationship.

The study aimed to examine the sensitivity to stress and its relation to positive mood among educational supervisors. The researcher used the descriptive approach as more an appropriate method for the current study. The sample is composed of (200) educational supervisor. To collect study data, two scales have been used: one scale to measure the sensitivity to stress and the other to measure the positive mood. The main objective of the paper is to study the possibility of erecting 2 MW wind turbine in the south of Iraq (Barjisiah site) by utilizing WAsP model. Wind potential and output predicted the power of WT at a supposed site was calculated. The results for proposed WT showed the WT has a weak performance due to its high capacity and low potential of wind speeds at this site. So, the WT will provide power for a limited time during the year due to its operating at the zone under the rated wind speed.
