The severity of UTI produced by E. coli is due to the expression of a wide
spectrum of virulence factors. In this study the role of E. coli virulence determinants
in the pathogenesis of UTI in urinary catheterized and non-catheterized patients has
been evaluated. The isolates were recovered from 129 patients admitted to the
hospital. Virulence genes of E. coli were detected by polymerase chain reaction
analysis for the prevalence of these virulence factors. The targeted genetic

This study aims to investigate the degree of practicing the motivated classroom evaluation environment for learning and its relationship to different feedback patterns. To achieve the objectives of the study, the correlational descriptive research design was employed. Esterification reaction is most important reaction in biodiesel production. In this study, oleic acid was used as a suggested feedstock to study and simulate production of biodiesel. Batch esterification of oleic acid was carried out at operating conditions; temperature from 40 to 70 °C, ethanol to oleic acid molar ratio from 1/1 to 6/1, H2SO4 as the catalyst 1 and 5% wt of oleic acid, reaction time up to 180 min. This research aims to evaluate the serum levels of vitamin D and interleukin 17 (Il-17) in pregnant women, then finding the correlation between these maternal parameters and fetus biophysical profile. Healthy pregnant women (n=45) and  non-pregnant control (n=45) were involved in the study, who attended Baghdad medical laboratory, Baghdad, Iraq, with an age range of 20 to 40 years.
