A solid Phase Extraction (SPE) followed by HPLC-UV method is described for the simultaneous quantitative determination of nine priority pollutant phenols : Phenol, 2- and 4-Nitrophenol, 2,4-Dimethylphenol, 2-, 2,4-Di-, 2,4,6-Tri-, and Penta- chlorophenol, 4 Chloro-3-methylphenol. The phenols were separated using a C-18 column with UV detector at wave length of 280nm. The distribution of chilled water flow rate in terminal unit is an important factor used to evaluate the performance of central air conditioning unit. Experimental model was done for pile model of L / D = 25 installed into a laminar shear box contains different saturation soil densities (loose and dense sand) to evaluate the variation of pore water pressure before and after apply seismic loading. The main objective of this study is to experimentally investigate the effect of the CMC polymeric drag reducer on the pressure drop occurred along the annulus of the wellbore in drilling operation and investigate the optimum polymer concentration that give the minimum pressure drop. A flow loop was designed for this purpose consist from 14 m long with transparent test section and differential pressure transmitter that allows to sense and measure the pressure losses along the test section.
