In order to know the biodiversity of surface grasshoppers, the detailed study has been conducted from four provinces of Pakistan.        Inhibitory effect  of  Lactobacillus plantarum was studied against Escherichia coli O157:H7 in  minced  beef , as well as the effect of some Spices ( Garlic , Cloves and Black Pepper ) was studied against this bacteria .
