A revision study of the Sphecidae from Iraq is presented. A survey is conducted to collect the specimens from different regions; generally, there were 41 species belonging to 12 genera and 4 subfamilies are revised with synonyms.

    The current investigation included the species previously reported in Iraq, which were not collected during the current investigations; the distribution and other information are also provided.

The study was aimed to investigate the morbidity of enteritis in goate from 2007 to 2011 by using 149 records contained veterinarian and breeding records from birth to yearling age to study factors refer to animals and that in relationship with enteritis morbidity included: breed, year, birth type, sex, birth weight, weaning weight, mother weight, season and age. General mean for enteritis incident rate was 0.94% and this not affected by birth type, sex, weaning weight, maternal weight, while significantly (p<0.05) affected by breed and birth weight and highly significant affect by year, season and age. Concentrations and distribution of major, minor, and trace elements were
studied in thirteen sediment samples from Al-Hammar Marsh.
Multivariate statistical techniques such as Principal Component Analysis (PCA)

Injana Formation is the most extended geological formation in Salahaddin Governorate/ Iraq. About 10% of the studied area is covered by the outcrops of the formation as a recharge area. The formation is a subsurface within the unsaturated zone in 5% of the total studied area, while it exists within the saturated zone in about 85%; it is a major confined groundwater aquifer. Therefore, the hydrogeological system of the layers needs to be re-evaluated to describe the successions of aquifers and confining layers and their relation with each other.
