Abstract The Kenyan policy towards Somalia was influenced by a set of interrelated factors between the two countries and stemmed from the internal environment and most prominent: the geographical factor, ethnic, cultural, religious, political, economic and security, has been dominated by this policy since independence from the British colonial administration in the sixties of the last century and so far the nature of instability and tension, As the two countries are geographically contiguous and as security risks escalate, Kenya in 2011 rushed military action against Somalia, the first military action by Kenya outside its borders since independence.

This project presents an enhanced Iraqi vehicle plate identification system, incorporating digital processing technologies and the XOR Auto-Associative Memory advanced associative memory algorithm, towards a fast and efficient performance under diverse conditions of imagery. The system consists of three major stages: identification of the panel area, or localization, using edge transformations and morphological operations; symbol segmentation, or segmentation, based on horizontal and vertical projections for the exact extraction of numbers and letters; and finally, recognition use of XOR operations and a binary distance criterion known as Hamming Distance. The present study aimed at shed light on the association between HLA-class I antigens (A, B and Cw) and brain tumours (meningioma and glioma) in the basis of their individual frequencies or two-locus association A total of 52 brain tumour patients were enrolled in this study, with an age range of 7-68 years. The patients were divided into two clinical groups; meningioma (20 cases) and glioma (22 cases), while the remaining 10 cases represented other types of brain tumour. Control samples included 47 Iraqi Arab apparently healthy blood volunteers, with an age range of 15-50 year. Let P be a right R-module, where R is a ring with identity. In the present research, a class of modules is described similar to H-μ-supplemented and μ-lifting modules. A module P is called principally H-μ-supplemented if there is a summand L of P such that pR is μ-equivalent to L for every p in P. Additionally, we present an extension of supplemented modules. A module P is considered to be principally μ-supplemented if, for every p in P, pR has a μ-supplement in P. A number of characteristics of these modules are shown, and it is demonstrated that both the Pμ-H-supplemented and Pμ-supplemented modules include the class of principally μ-lifting modules.
