The ground state charge, neutron, proton and matter densities, the associated nuclear radii and the binding energy per nucleon of 8B, 17Ne, 23Al and 27P halo nuclei have been investigated using the Skyrme–Hartree–Fock (SHF) model with the new SKxs25 parameters. According to the calculated results, it is found that the SHF model with these Skyrme parameters provides a good description on the nuclear structure of above proton-rich halo nuclei. The study aimed at identifying youth and sport forums from planning and leadership point of view and their relation with organizational culture. The researchers used the descriptive method on (140) worker in Baghdad youth and sport forums. A scale was designed for measuring planning and leadership in youth and sport forums as well as designing a scale for measuring organizational culture. After the application of the main experiment, the results showed that both youth and sport forum administration scale and organizational culture scale are appropriate to the study community.      In this work, the electrostatic probe was utilized to estimate the density of electrons for plasma generated around reentry vehicles that have a geometrically blunt nose at high-altitude. The thermocouple uses to measured electron temperature, which is equal to the temperature of the gas, on board the MAC spacecraft. In the spacecraft backflow field, electrostatic probe measurements were taken at five separate regions 1 to 5 cm from the body of the spacecraft. Over an altitude range of 90 to 50 km with an electron density of 10⁸ to 10¹² 1/cm³, respectively.
