The study has tackled three important variables on the strategic and organizational level, that are : (Administrative skill, strategic Entrepreneurship  and organizational flexibility). Through the statistical analysis is, the research hers have sought to identify the relation among them. The study has been applied on a sample of (44) private banks in Iraq. A questionnaire, which has been designed according to a number of international standards, has been used. It's made of (29) items that cover the three variables to test their hypotheses.      We report  the influence of different glycine-to-nitrate ratios on the physical and magnetic properties for synthesized zinc-ferrite by  microwave-assisted combustion route. Phase impurity and surface morphology investigated with XRD analysis and field emission- scanning electron microscopy, indicated that  spinel structure  were  formed.Average particles size increased  with the decrease of glycine to nitrate ratio. Magnetic measurement  results indicated that  high values of saturation magnetization  were produced with low  glycine/nitrate ratio. Checkpoint inhibitors are a type of immune therapy used to treat different types of cancers. These drugs block different checkpoint proteins, for example, CTLA-4, PD-1, and PD-L1 inhibitors.
