The aim of this paper is to find out the effects of the strategy of productive thinking upon the student’s achievement for the subject of research methodology in the College of Islamic Sciences. Achieving this objective, the researchers set the null hypotheses: (1) No difference is noticed to be statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) among the student’s mean scores in the experimental group who were taught by the strategy of productive thinking, and the student’s mean scores in the control group who studied by the traditional method in the achievement test. (2) At level of sig. (0.05), there is no statistically significant difference in the mean of scores of the pre-tests and post ones in the achievement test of the experimental group students. The 3 rd class students in the Dept of Islamic Creed and Thought at the College of Islamic Sciences / University of Baghdad for the academic year (2022-2023) represented the research sample. The pre-test (productive thinking) was applied to all students of the 3rd class in the Dept, who were (150) students. They were distributed into two groups: (70) undergraduates in an experimental group, and (80) undergraduates in a control group. The experimental group were taught by the strategy of productive thinking, whereas the control group who were taught by the traditional method. After the end of the experiment, the t-test was used for two independent and interrelated samples. The results revealed that there was a statistically significant difference among the student’s mean scores in the experimental group studying research methods subject by productive thinking, and among the student’s Journal of Namibian Studies, scores in the controlling group who were taught the same subject in the traditional method in the post-test for the experimental group. Moreover, the results also showed that there was a statistically significant difference among the mean scores of the students of the experimental group studying research methods subject according to the productive thinking, and the students’ scores in the experimental group in the pre-test and their scores in the post-test. This indicates that the experimental group student’s achievement got increased.

The aim of this research is to develop mechanical properties of a new aluminium-lithium-copper alloy. This alloy prepared under control atmosphere by casting in a permanent metal mould. The microstructure was examined and mechanical properties were tested before and after heat treatment to study the influence of heat treatment on its mechanical properties including; modulus of elasticity, tensile strength, impact, and fatigue. The results showed that the modulus of elasticity of the prepared alloy is higher than standard alloy about 2%. The last decade of this 20th century provides a wide spread of applications of one of the computer techniques, which is called Fuzzy Logic. This technique depends mainly on the fuzzy set theory, which is considered as a general domain with respect to the conventional set theory. This paper presents in initiative the fuzzy sets theory and fuzzy logic as a complete mathematics system. Here it was explained the concept of fuzzy set and defined the operations of fuzzy logic. It contains eleven operations beside the other operations which related to fuzzy algebra. Such search is considered as an enhancement for supporting the others waiting search activities in this field.

Most of the known cases of strong gravitational lensing involve multiple imaging of an active galactic nucleus. The properties of lensed active galactic nuclei make them promising systems for astrophysical applications of gravitational lensing. So we present a simple model for strong lensing in the gravitational lensed systems to calculate the age of four lensed galaxies, in the present work we take the freedman models with (k curvature index =0) Euclidian case, and the result show a good agreement with the other models.
Several schottky diodes were fabricated from polyaniline/ Carbon nanotube (single and multiwalled) composites. These composites were synthesized with different concentration and two carbon nanotubes types, Single and Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes (SWCNT & MWCNT). Aluminum and silver paste were chosen as schottky and ohmic contact respectively. physical and electrical were used to studied these composite by using Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and electrical measurements. The Root Mean Square RMS surface roughness of the composite samples was found to be around 4nm.
