Language is an instrument, a tool of culture and a way of communication between the past and the present. No one can know the treasure of human thought and experience in the fields of history, poetry and prose without language as an instrument of communication between cultures and peoples. Language under this description faces many problems, the most important of which is linguistic globalization, which means the flow rate of the strongest language, which has elements of power, domination and control over other languages. In this article, we consider linguistic globalization as a serious problem faced by every language, and we consider its main shortcomings and advantages and its impact on the language and ways of protecting the Arabic language from this serious problem.
This research aims at forecasting the public budget of Iraq (surplus or deficit) for 2017 & 2018 through using two methods to forecast. First: forecast budget surplus or deficit by using IMF estimations average oil price per barrel adopted in the public federal budget amounted to USD 44 in 2017 & USD 46 in 2018; Second: forecast budget surplus or deficit by using MOO actual average oil price in global markets amounted to USD 66 in 2018 through applying Dynamic Model & Static Model. and relating to bodily functions or aspects of a culture that are sacred. Such words are
avoided, considered inappropriate and loaded with affective meaning and failing to adhere to.
Strict rules, often, governing their use and lead to punishment or public shame. These taboo
words can be used as a way of violating social deixis represented by four types of honorifics;
