Background: The study's objective was to estimate the effects of radiation on testosterone-related hormones and blood components in prostate cancer patients. N Materials and Method: This study aims to investigate the effects of radiation on 20 male prostate cancer patients at the Middle Euphrates Oncology Centre. Blood samples were collected before and after radiation treatment, with a total dose of 60- 70 Gy, The blood parameters were analyzed. The hospital laboratory conducted the blood analysis using an analyzer (Diagon D-cell5D) to test blood components before and after radiation. Hormonal examinations included testosterone levels, using the VIDASR 30 for Multiparametric immunoassay system Results: The study assessed the socio-demography of prostate cancer male patients, revealing that the majority were aged 69.55 t 10.76 years, with a weight of 75.3 t 10.84 Kg and height of 170.50 t 8.70 cm. The stage of cancer was assessed, with 25% of patients being IV and IIV, followed by II, IB, and V. Only one patient was at stage III. The Gleason Score (GS) was used to classify patients, with 40% being given a score of 7, followed by 6, 8, and 9 equally (20%). Total Prostate-specific Antigen (PSA) had a mean value of 12.87 t 2.78. Hematological analysis showed a significant decrease in random blood sugar levels, white blood cells, lymphocytes platelets, and hemoglobin levels after radiotherapy. Testosterone levels also declined after radiotherapy fractions. However, kidney functions like urea and creatinine levels increased after pelvic irradiation Conclusion: The study found that radiation treatment for prostate cancer significantly impacted blood components and hormones associated with testosterone. It led to reduced levels of random blood sugar, white blood cells, lymphocytes, platelets, haemoglobin, and testosterone. Additionally, high-energy therapeutic x-rays increased_ levels of urea and creatinine, indicating the need for strict monitoring and management of adverse effects.
The research aims at Identifying family dialogue of kindergarten’s parents. 2) Exploring the fears that kindergarteners suffer from. 3) Identifying family dialogue of kindergarteners’ parents and the fears of their children. To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher designed two scales: one for the family dialogue of kindergarteners’ parents, and the other for the fears of the kindergarten’s child. To identify the relationship between these two elements, the scale subjected to the consultation of a group of specialized expertise in educational and psychological sciences to certify the propriety of the items. The reliability of the scale of the family dialogue recorded (0.85). As for the scale of children’

This research examines the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in improving and sustaining agricultural production in the Arab world, with a particular focus on the challenges facing Iraq in implementing this technology. It reviews several developments, such as big data, the Internet of Things (IoT), and drone technology, which improve irrigation, increase soil fertility, and reduce waste. The study highlights the diverse applications of AI in crop production and pest control, while revealing Iraq's infrastructure challenges and the need for better training for farmers, To find effective solutions, the research recommends collaboration between governments and the private sector.

The performance of valve depends on the magnetic circuit design. Present study deals with a new design of MR valve. A mathematical model for the MR valve is developed and the simulation is carried out to evaluate the newly developed MR valve. The design of the magnetic circuit is accomplished by magnetic finite element software such as Finite Element Method Magnetic (FEMMR). The model dimensions of MR valve, material properties are taken into account. The results of analysis are presented in terms of magnetic strength H and magnetic flux density B. The simulation results based on the proposed model indicate that the ef

Callus induction in general Murashige and Skoog (MS) media is completed by the Benzil adenine's unique knowledge of callus formation. A well diffusion experiment was used to examine antibacterial interest in Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The DPPH radical scavenging activity test was used to measure antioxidant activity. FTIR and HPLC have been used to pinpoint the presence of polyphenol compounds in calluses. The total phenol content of plant leaves extract (0.1, 0.5, and 1) mg/ml was 42.12, 94.08, and 189 mg of Gallic ac

This article provides an exhaustive account of the current understanding of the environmental persistence of pharmaceutical contaminants following in-depth analysis of the additive effects of existing natural biodegradation pathways on the human health impact of these drugs. Paying special attention to biodegradation decomposing agents such as bacteria, fungi, and algae the paper estimates their ability to convert drug ingredients to compound that is eventually less toxic. Although these biologic systems contain an enormous potential fo
