Through metaphorization, the image of the dog is filled by the author with purely human qualities, thus passing into the category of a full member of the family. Idioms are found in any language of the world. But such a number of winged phrases, as in Russian, is nowhere else. The research talks about the concept of investment allocations, showing its linguistic and  idiomatic meaning, as well as the objectives for which the investment allocations are based, as well as the benefits of these allocations since it shows types of investment contracts, including: current and fixed assets and commitment allocations.

 The research has been concluded with several results, including the protection of the banks and the investor. The contracting parties focus on specific dates that both parties are obliged to abide by,  the research also shows the jurisprudence provisions for investment allocations, each ruling according to the specific branch.

      The present paper discusses one of the most important Russian linguistic features of Arabic origin Russian lexes denoting some religious worship or some political and social positions like Qadi, Wally, Sultan, Alam, Ruler, Caliph, Amir, Fakih, Mufti, Sharif, Ayatollah, Sheikh.. etc.  A lexical analysis of the two of the most efficient and most used words of Arabic origin Russian lexes that are “Caliph and Sheikh” is considered in the present study.
