Study the role of CoQ10 and IGFBP-1 in obese male patients with diabetic mellitus type 2. ELISA method was used to assay Serum CoQ10 and IGFBP-1. Blood was taken with drawn sample from 30 obese normal patients with age range (40-60) years, 30 diabetic patients with age range (40-60) years at duration of disease (1-5) years and 30 normal healthy patients. The mean difference between T2DM according to CoQ10 (12.5±1.1) was decreased than the mean of IFG (21.8±3.2) (P 0.002) and the mean difference between T2DM according to IGFBPs (0.65±0.06) was decreased than the mean of IFG (3.2±0.3) (P 0.000). While no significant difference between mean age of DM2 patients (55.5±1.06), and IFG (55.6±0.9) (p 0.90), no significant difference bet
... Show MoreThe research includes synthesis and identification of novel three amino acids ligands complexes of some heavy metal (II) ions by using the amino acids like glycine, L-alanine and L-valine. New metal mixed ligand complexes with amino acids are prepared the reaction by reacting the three amino acids with the metals(II) chloride by using 50% ethanolic solution and 50% distall water in the molar ratio [1:1:1:1] ( M:Gly:Ala:Val) except for Co(II) and Ni(II) complexes were found after diagnosis the coordination with both Lalanine and L-valine. The prepared complexes identified by using physical properties, flame atomic absorption and conductivity measurements, in addition, mass, FT.IR and UV.vis spectrum as well magnetic moment data. The general
... Show MoreA new carbonyl complexes of triazole and oxadiazole were synthesized. These complexes were identified and their structural geometric were suggested by using FT-IR and UV-Vis spectra, conductivity measurements and other chemical and physical properties. The spectra data (FT-IR, UV, Vis.) with the substantial aid of group theoretical calculations gave so many evidences for the proposed geometries and the type of bonding of these compounds
This paper considers a new Double Integral transform called Double Sumudu-Elzaki transform DSET. The combining of the DSET with a semi-analytical method, namely the variational iteration method DSETVIM, to arrive numerical solution of nonlinear PDEs of Fractional Order derivatives. The proposed dual method property decreases the number of calculations required, so combining these two methods leads to calculating the solution's speed. The suggested technique is tested on four problems. The results demonstrated that solving these types of equations using the DSETVIM was more advantageous and efficient

Objective. This study aimed to evaluate the orthodontic bond strength and enamel-preserving ability of a hydroxyapatite nanoparticles-containingself-etch system following exposure to various ageing methods. Materials and Methods. Hydroxyapatite nanoparticles (nHAp) were incorporated into an orthodontic self-etch primer (SEP, Transbond™ plus) in three different concentrations (5%, 7%, and 9% wt) and tested versus the plain SEP (control) for shear bond strength (SBS), adhesive remnant index (ARI) scores, and enamel damage in range-finding experiments using premolar teeth. The best-performing formulation was further exposed to the following four artificial ageing methods: initial debonding, 24 h water storage, one-month water stora
... Show MoreABSTRACT This study presents an efficient approach for the separation and preconcentration of norepinephrine (NOR) from pharmaceutical formulations, environmental water, and human urine samples using a dispersive micro – solid phase extraction (DμSPE) technique employing magnetic nanoadsorbents. Two adsorbents, Fe3O4@TTAB and Fe3 O4@SiO2@TTAB, were prepared by functionalising iron oxide and silicacoated iron oxide nanoparticles with the cationic surfactant tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide (TTAB). NOR was first converted into a sensitive diazonium dye via reaction with diazotised sulphamethazine and then extracted using mixed ademicelle – hemimicelle magnetic solid-phase extraction, followed by spectrophotometric quantification. ... Show MoreA procedure for the mutual derivatization and determination of thymol and Dapsone was developed and validated in this study. Dapsone was used as the derivatizing agent for the determination of thymol, and thymol was used as the derivatizing agent for the determination of Dapsone. An optimization study was performed for the derivatization reaction; i.e., the diazonium coupling reaction. Linear regression calibration plots for thymol and Dapsone in the direct reaction were constructed at 460 nm, within the concentration range of 0.3-7 μg ml-1 for thymol and 0.3-4 μg ml-1 for Dapsone, with limits of detection 0.086 and 0.053 μg ml-1, respectively. Corresponding plots for the cloud point extraction of thymol and Dapsone were constructed
