An aqueous chemical reaction has been used to prepare antifungal ZnS: Mn nanostructures, from manganese chloride, zinc acetate and thioacetamide in aqueous solution. The nanoparticle size has been controlled using thioglycolic acid as a capping factor. The major feature of the ZnS:Mn nanoparticles of average diameter ~ 2.73 nm is that possible preparing the sample from sources non-toxic precursors. The manufactured ZnS:Mn nanoparticles were identified and characterized to investigate the structure, morphology, composition of components of the nanoparticles and optical properties using (XRD, SEM, EDS and UV-Vis spectroscopy) techniques respectively. The agar dilution mechanism used to evaluate of the antifungal activity using ZnS:Mn nanoparticles which showed an efficient antifungal activity against four fungal models Aspergillus fumigatus ,Aspergillus falvus, Trichophyton mentagrophyte, and Microsporum audonii the inhibition increase with the increase of nanoparticle concentration. The antifungal property of manganese doped zinc sulphide nanoparticles creates from the interaction between nanoparticles and water led to generation the interactive oxygen species. Perturbation of the cell membranes due to the existence of Zn ions and S affecting on inhibition rate . the study aimed to evaluation the Antifungal Activity of ZnS:Mn Nanoparticles Against Some Isolated Pathogenic Fungi.
In this study 77 human isolates of Staphylococcus aureus were obtain from different clinical sources. The results showed that the number of isolates producing α-hemolysin was 32 isolates (41.55%) , while non- hemolysin producing was 45 isolates (58.45%) .The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of methicillin which were 32 micrograms \ ml. The effect of CD-Cholesterol ,Cholesterol ,Cyclodextran(CD) ,Methicillin and Phosphate Buffer Saline(PBS) on α- hemolysin activity was study and the hemolytic Titer was:8 ، 32.768 ,65.536 ,
140.737.488.355.32 , 4.961408E + 25 respectively, while the effect of the same effect with Titer 67.108.864 and low Titer with PBS 3.96140812E + 25. The α – hemolysin toxin was partialy purified by ammoni
This paper is Interested with studying the performance of statistic test the hypothesis of independence of the two variables (the hypothesis that there is no correlation between the variables under study) in the case of data to meet the requirement of normal distribution in the case away from the distribution due to the presence of outliers (contaminated values) and compared with the performance of some of the other methods proposed and modified
Nimodipine (NMD) is a dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker useful for the prevention and treatment of delayed ischemic effects. It belongs to class ? drugs, which is characterized by low solubility and high permeability. This research aimed to prepare Nimodipine nanoparticles (NMD NPs) for the enhancement of solubility and dissolution rate. The formulation of nanoparticles was done by the solvent anti-solvent technique using either magnetic stirrer or bath sonicator for maintaining the motion of the antisolvent phase. Five different stabilizers were used to prepare NMD NPs( TPGS, Soluplus®, HPMC E5, PVP K90, and poloxamer 407). The selected formula F2, in which Soluplus
has been utilized as a stabilizer, has a par

The researchers accordingly adopted part of Sharifian’s (2011) Cultural Schema model, particularly that part that is concerned with the examining the micro/idiosyncratic level of understanding. The study has revealed that the participants have not only differed among themselves regarding the way a figure is being denotatively conceptualized, they also highlighted different exact conceptualizations for the same figure, such as: using various adjectives that reflect various levels of intensity, emphasizing the behavioral aspect or the appearance of the figure, ado

Show MoreChemical spray pyrolysis technique was used at substrate temperature 250 ˚C with annealing temperature at 400 ˚C (for 1hour) to deposition tungsten oxide thin film with different doping concentration of Au nanoparticle (0, 10, 20, 30 and 40)% wt. on glass substrate with thickness about 100 nm. The structural, optical properties were investigated. The X-ray diffraction shows that the films at substrate temperature (250 ˚C) was amorphous while at annealing temperature have a polycrystalline structure with the preferred orientation of (200), all the samples have a hexagonal structure for WO3 and Au gold nanoparticles have a cubic structure. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) was used to characterize the morphology of the films. The optical pr

The current research is directed to see if AgNPs administration can lead to some changes in expression of BRAF gene in selected body organs tissues. Fifty-six male of musmusculs (Balb/C) mice from the animal house of Al-Nahrain Centre of Biotechnology were used. These animals were divided randomly to seven groups (eight mouse in each group), one of these groups represented the control group, three groups were subjected to different doses of AgNPs (0.25, 0.5and 1 mg/kg of body weight) for one week, and the remaining three groups were subjected to three different doses of AgNP

Show MoreThe current study examined the use of Sansevieria plant leaves extract as an environmentally acceptable, inexpensive, and safe green approach for creating titanium dioxide nanoparticles (NPs). Batch studies have been used to test the particles' capacity to bind to the azo dye congo red (CR), which has been adsorbed from its aqueous solution. The effects of many factors, including the weight of TiO2 NPs, the contact duration to reach equilibrium, the concentration of CR, temperature, and pH, have been investigated. Both the Freundlich and Langmuir models were used to analyze experimental results. According to the high values of the Freundlich model's correlation coefficient R2, it is discovered that th

A trial for the purification of glucoamylase resulted in an enzyme with a specific activity of 6472 unit/mg protein with 10 times fold. The main goal of the present work was to test this enzyme in hydrolyzing the raw starch. Two substrates were used: corn starch and potato starch 2% (w/v). The effect of enzyme dosage and thermal processing of substrate on kinetics and efficiency of hydrolysis were studied. The results suggested that the glucoamylase activity is increased as the increase of enzyme concentration and the enzyme was sufficiently effective in hydrolyzing tested raw starch, and thermal modification of

It is method of accounting is based on measuring the costs according to the Attributes that the product is designed on this basis and according to achievement levels of all the Attribute of the product attributes. This research provides the knowledge foundations of this approach and its role in the market-oriented compared to the Activity based costing as shown in steps to be followed to apply for this Approach. These compounds are designed to have a heterocyclic unit, a carboxylate linkage group and a polar ether chain at the end of the molecule adjacent to the benzene ring, which enhance the dipolar interactions forces (varied from one to eight carbons) to investigate the association properties of their phases. The structure of the target compounds and the intermediates were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, mass and FTIR spectral techniques. Polarised microscopic studies revealed that all the compounds in the series exhibited enantiotropic liquid crystalline properties. This was further confirmed using
